Confirming Reservations: Upon inquiry, we will confirm availability by e-mail, fax or letter or via your travel agent. We accept postal, phone, fax, e-mail and travel agent bookings and will confirm these within 48 hours by return fax, e-mail or phone. Reservations at the time of booking / confirmation must be secured by way of a quoted personal credit card number.

Cancellation: 3 weeks.

Sales Tax: 8% VAT is included in the tariffs and will be added to the final bill.

Reception hours: 24 hours.

Check-in time: After 13:00.

Check-out time: Before 11 am (weekdays) and before 11:30 am (weekends/holidays)
